1. Acceptance
By using fixaeo.com or any API endpoint at api.fixaeo.com (collectively, the Service), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. The Service
FixAEO inspects public websites and queries third-party AI engines on your behalf to estimate how those engines perceive the scanned brand. Results are heuristic and informational. FixAEO is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other AI provider mentioned in our reports.
3. Acceptable use
- Only submit URLs to sites you own, sites you have permission to test, or publicly accessible commercial sites being evaluated competitively.
- Don't use the Service to scan sites you have been asked not to.
- Don't attempt to overwhelm the Service. We rate-limit by IP and reserve the right to block abusive traffic.
- Don't resell raw scan output as your own product without a written agreement.
4. No warranty
Scan results are provided as-is. AI engines are non-deterministic and their responses can vary between calls. FixAEO does not guarantee that any specific ranking, mention rate, or sentiment score will hold over time, nor that following our recommendations will improve a brand's actual visibility in AI search.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixAEO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including (but not limited to) lost revenue, lost data, or brand reputation outcomes.
6. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top tracks the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
